FOH Cleaning is a crucial aspect of maintaining a sanitary and welcoming environment for customers and staff. A clean restaurant is not only more appealing to customers, but also helps prevent the spread of illness and maintains a positive reputation.
Here are some key areas we focus on (FOH):
1. Spray and wipe down high traffic surfaces like door handles, seats,
2. Clean (daily) and polish (3x per week) brass foot rails, door handles
3. Pull out all sofas, sweep and mop beneath them then move back into position
4. Remove any chewing gum from under tables and chairs
5. Clean light fixture
6. Sweep and mop (colour coded blue mop) the entire restaurant floor, and the corners.
7. Vacuum up any visible crumbs or debris from rugs
8. Clean and wipe menu boards and signage
9. Wipe leather seats
10. Metal bins to be scrubbed with hot soapy water and dried down
11. Windows cleaned inside (1x per week) and outside (2x per week)
12. Host station and waiter station wiped
WC/DISABLED BATHROOM CLEANING :
1. Wipe down all fixtures, surfaces and wash basin
2. Wipe down the walls (3x per week)
3. Clean the toilet bowl with bleach and sanitise the seat and lid.
4. Replace toilet toll
5. Hoover and mop the floor (colour coded red mop)
6.Refill Soap /lotion dispensers
7. Wipe all mirrors with correct chemical solution
BAR AREA CLEANING :
1. Clean behind any movable equipment
2. Clean and flush keg lines
3. Dust and wipe down bottles shelves
4.Clean and wipe Countertops, sinks
5. Hoover and mop the floor (colour coded blue mop)
